GREEN PEAS & MUNG DAL DHOKLA

This is a wonderful and nutritional spin to the traditional dhoklas. Making it even healthier. Unlike the traditional dhoklas this has no rice or yogurt. You can serve it for breakfast, snack, appetizer or as a side. This is also a great appetizer idea for your vegan guests.

Yellow Mung Dal, 1 cup
Green Peas, 1 cups (I used frozen)
Salt to taste
Green Chilis, 2 or 3

Oil, 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds, 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds, 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves, 2 tbsp finely chopped
Fresh/Frozen or Shredded Coconut, 1 tbsp
