Raspberry Honey Yogurt.. Healthy Summer Breakfast



What does one have for breakfast when the sun is beating down and you can't stomach anything that is hot. I make a cooling flavorful yogurt. Its delicious and I don't need to toil in the kitchen either, two birds with one stone. There is really no recipe for this just three basic ingredients thrown together.


Ingredients:


Honey, 3 tbsp
Raspberry, 1 cup or blackberries or banana or strawberries or blueberries
Plain Greek Non Fat Yogurt or Hung Yogurt, 2 cups

Procedure:


1. Wash and dry the raspberries and put them in the blender jar.



2. Add honey to the jar and pulse twice. Remember we don't want to puree them completely. Its delightful when you bite into the little pieces with the yogurt. 



3. Take the yogurt in a bowl


4. Add in the blended raspberries to the yogurt.


5. Mix them together.


6. Dress it up with crushed walnuts and have chilled.
